Job Posting - Account Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our products and services. You will take customer orders, send invoices, submit quotes, and mail marketing material to clients. You will also assist in in-person visits as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Take customer orders and enter them into our system accurately and efficiently
  • Send invoices and follow up on payment as needed
  • Submit quotes to clients and follow up to ensure timely response
  • Mail marketing material to clients and assist in in-person visits as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for new business and upselling
  • Identify and resolve any customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Experience in, marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
