Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our products and services. You will take customer orders, send invoices, submit quotes, and mail marketing material to clients. You will also assist in in-person visits as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Take customer orders and enter them into our system accurately and efficiently
- Send invoices and follow up on payment as needed
- Submit quotes to clients and follow up to ensure timely response
- Mail marketing material to clients and assist in in-person visits as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
- Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for new business and upselling
- Identify and resolve any customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Experience in, marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
